By using the Voter Verification Portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Service. The portal displays membership and voting-related status held in EAPASA’s systems. It is provided to help members confirm information before an election or related process. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the portal at any time.

Accuracy. Status shown depends on records on file at the time of lookup. While we strive for accuracy, the organisation’s official registers and communications prevail if there is any discrepancy. Contact EAPASA using the details provided if something looks wrong.

Acceptable use. You must not attempt to bypass security, probe or overload systems, use another person’s identity without authority, or use automated tools to harvest data from this portal.

No warranty. The portal is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the portal.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless a different governing law is required for a specific deployment.
